In order to request for logs to be parsed, you will need to fill out the Log Parser Content Request Form. Email the completed form to the Alert Logic® Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the Support team has received the completed form, it will be assessed and scheduled for implementation.
Alert Logic focuses on logs found in data centers from known third-party software and servers and does not support parsers for custom software.
This process typically takes 10-15 business days to complete, but could take more or less time depending on the complexity of the request. We require the logs to be loaded into Alert Logic Log Manager™, as we cannot write parsers from the documentation alone. Once implementation is completed, you will receive an email confirming the requested logs are now being parsed.
