In order to request for logs to be parsed, you will need to fill out the Log Parser Content Request Form. Email the completed form to the Alert Logic® Support team at email@example.com. Once the Support team has received the completed form, it will be assessed and scheduled for implementation.
Alert Logic focuses on logs found in data centers from known third-party software and servers and does not support parsers for custom software.
This process typically takes 10-15 business days to complete, but could take more or less time depending on the complexity of the request. We require the logs to be loaded into Log Manager, as we cannot write parsers from the documentation alone. Once implementation is completed, you will receive an email confirming the requested logs are now being parsed.
