Check Log Retention in the Product Portal | How To

Description

The following article describes how an Alert Logic® Log Manager™ customer can see the length of time that logs are being retained by Alert Logic within the user interface.

Solution

  1. In the upper right-hand corner of the Product Portal homepage, choose My Account to open your account information.



  2. On the left-hand side, under the Options tab, choose Retention Period.



  3. A new page should load with your current Log Retention information.

If you do not see your retention period information, or if you need to change the length of your log retention period, contact your account executive or email support@alertlogic.com to further discuss your request.
