How do I access my Cloud Insight account if I get a message about using the wrong region-based portal? | Cloud Insight FAQ

If the region you are logged into does not match the data center for the Alert Logic® Cloud Insight™ account you are trying to access, the following message displays: 

“The content for this Cloud Insight account is not accessible via the region-based portal you are using. To access it, please log in through the correct portal.” 

For example, this message displays if you are currently logged into the UK region and trying to access a Cloud Insight account that uses the US data center, or vice versa.  

To resolve this issue, you will need to change the region you are logged in to. For a procedure on changing the region, refer to the Change the Region-Based Portal in Cloud Insight | How To article.
