Yes, Alert Logic® Cloud Insight™ has customer-facing APIs. Regularly updated API documentation is accessible from the Cloud Insight console. To access the API documentation, click Settings (three gray dots) in the top right corner of the Alert Logic console homepage, and then click Integrations.
If you are an Alert Logic Essentials, Alert Logic Professional, or Alert Logic Enterprise customer, click the menu icon () > Manage > Integrations.
Areas of the Cloud Insight API include:
- Scan Results
- Account and Identity Management System
- Scan Credentials
- Scan Scheduler
Further, you have the option to call the Cloud Insight REST API. You will be able to:
- Push a new instance of a server to be deployed to the top of the scanning rotation
- Check scan completion
- Get a list of issues to determine if the deployed instance can proceed in the pipeline
