If you are interested in cancelling your Alert Logic® subscription, it is suggested that you first reach out to Priority or Partner Support or your Sales representative. Alert Logic would like the opportunity to help remediate your concerns with the product and keep you as a valued customer.
If you have decided to cancel your Alert Logic subscription, there are various avenues to cancelling based on the method that you used to subscribe to Alert Logic initially.
If you subscribed to Alert Logic directly through our Sales department or through our Sales department via Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure, contact your Sales account manager to begin the cancellation process.
If you subscribed to Alert Logic through the Amazon Web Services Marketplace, you will need to cancel within the Marketplace.
