How can I change who gets email notifications on escalated incidents from the ActiveWatch service? | Management FAQ

You are able to edit recipients for Alert Logic® ActiveWatch email notifications within the Alert Logic user interface. Detailed instructions are available within our Edit a Notification Policy documentation.

NOTE: If a user or contact is no longer with your company, you will need to send an email to Alert Logic Support at support@alertlogic.com requesting for that contact to be removed from the system.
