Within the Alert Logic console, navigate to the navigation menu () > Manage > Notifications > Alert Notifications. If you would only like to consider notifications for escalated alerts, you can filter the notifications by clicking Escalated in the left-hand panel under Escalation Status. Locate your desired policy within the list and click View > Edit.
Note: The following information applies only to customer with Alert Logic Managed Detection & Response entitlements.
Within the Edit an Incident Notification page, choose the users you would like to receive notifications with the Notification Delivery field. When you've added the desired recipients, click Update.
