Cancel a Cloud Insight Subscription in AWS Marketplace | How To

The following article describes how to cancel your Alert Logic® Cloud Insight™ subscription if you subscribed to the product via Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace.

NOTE: Cloud Insight is available for purchase in AWS Marketplace as of November 2016. Learn about this update at: Cloud Insight in AWS Marketplace | Software Updates.

Solution

To cancel your Cloud Insight subscription that was purchased via AWS Marketplace, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to AWS Marketplace and log in with the credentials that you utilized when subscribing to Cloud Insight.

  2. Click Your Software at the top right corner of the page.



  3. Under your Alert Logic Cloud Insight product within the Products list on the left-hand side of the page, click Cancel Subscription.



  4. Click Yes, Cancel Subscription.

Your AWS Marketplace-purchased Cloud Insight subscription is canceled, and you no longer have that software subscription available. If you would like your data back after cancellation, contact Alert Logic Customer Care within 60 days of cancellation:
