If you are having issues receiving Alert Logic Threat Manager™ notifications, check within the Notifications History section in the Alert Logic console to see if they are marked as "Delivered". If the notifications are marked as "Delivered", you should whitelist the following email addresses in your email filtering systems:
Network IDS, Log Management, and Web Application IDS customers deployed after August 7, 2018, as well as Cloud Insight customers with Amazon GuardDuty enabled, also need to whitelist firstname.lastname@example.org, as incident notifications from the new Incident Console experience are sent using a different provider.
