Reporting flexibility is the backbone of Alert Logic® Log Manager™. Reports can be created on the fly in the Alert Logic console and if support is required, it is available 24X7. Users can create customized ad-hoc searches, save customized search criteria as a “saved view” for future use, share saved views with other employees, and schedule reports for automatic/reoccurring data analysis. Any scheduled report can also be tied to case workflow, which assists in automation of reviewing critical log data.
Additionally, Log Manager Alert Rules are flexible and defined by the customer. Also, managed services escalations are defined by the customer and can be routed according to a number or requirements, such as specific hosts, specific activity, time of day, etc.
