Note: This article is related to the Alert Logic® Incident Console release. Network IDS, Log Management, and Web Application IDS customers deployed after August 7, 2018, as well as Alert Logic Cloud Insight™ customers with Amazon GuardDuty enabled, have access to the enhanced Incident Console and all its features. All other customers will be phased into the updated Incident Console in the coming months. Contact Alert Logic Support with any questions about the availability of these new features.
With the release of several updates to the Incidents pages in the Alert Logic console, management of incident notifications has been updated and moved to the Incident Console. You can now manage your incident notification preferences in one location and with ease. Further, the incident notification email template has been updated to be more easily digestible.
Subscribe to Notifications
From the Incidents tab in the Alert Logic console, click Notifications. An Incident Notification sidebar displays on the right side of the screen.
From here, you can choose for which accounts and threat levels you would like to receive incident notification emails. You can also subscribe to incident escalation notifications for any of your accounts, regardless of threat level.
Click the down arrow to the right of the threat level you want to set up notifications for. A list of your accounts displays. Check the boxes of the accounts that you want notifications for when an incident of that threat level is generated. Hover over the orange circle containing an account's initials to reveal its check box. When you're satisfied with your notification preferences, click Save.
