Customers on the Incident Console within the Alert Logic console now have more context included in their incident audit logs and incident notification emails.
Individual incident audit logs, which can be found at Incidents > List > Open (to open a specific incident), now shows the name and organization of any user that updates the incident. This allows you to better manage edits and remediations for your incidents.
Note: If your organization manages other accounts, you will be able to see the names and organizations of those accounts within audit logs. If you are a managed account, you will only see the names and organizations of your account.
Analyst Notes in Incident Notification Emails
If you are subscribed to incident notification emails, your emails now include any notes that were added by an Alert Logic analyst in our backend incident management system. This allows you to better understand how Alert Logic is helping you manage your open incidents.
