With the release of Intelligent Response, Alert Logic is excited to announce a new Alert Logic mobile application. This mobile app is available for iOS and Android mobile devices and allows you to review key metrics of your environment and act on Intelligent Response simple response approvals you have opted into. The Alert Logic mobile app complements the Alert Logic console; it provides you with quick access to key actions and data that will help you choose whether to act immediately or review later.
Mobile App Console
Review details below on logging in to and navigating the mobile app.
You can download the Alert Logic mobile app at no additional cost and log in with your Alert Logic console credentials. The mobile app is multi-tenant aware; if you manage more than one account, you can switch between them with the Account Selector drop-down at the top of the screen.
Data
The front page of the mobile app shows you key metrics on incidents; swipe left once to see data on exposures and again to see data on your asset health status.
You can drill down into three data points at the bottom of the screen - Incidents, Exposures, and Health - by clicking on a data point of interest. For example, if you tap the Incidents data point, you will be taken to a full list of open incidents from the last seven days categorized by priority level and including robust information on each incident. Similar details are available for Exposure and Health data points. While you cannot act on this information directly from the mobile app, enough data is available for you to decide whether to investigate something right away or come back to it later.
Simple Response Approvals
You can also act on Approvals for Intelligent Response simple responses directly from the mobile app, via a push notification or by selecting the Approvals icon ( ) at the top left of the screen. Alert Logic provides context on the request, and you can select Approve or Reject as desired. Alert Logic will take appropriate action based on your decision and make notes in the incident on what occurred.
