    Customer Care provides 24x7 product support for all Alert Logic customers. These support activities include case response, tracking, and resolution. We perform support case management routing among all Alert Logic support teams, as required based on specific customer needs. The services performed by Product Support include:

    • General support case questions/inquiries
    • UI walk-through training
    • UI navigation/workflow assistance and troubleshooting
    • Log source configuration and troubleshooting
    • Assistance with scan configurations
    • Network visibility configurations
    • Password resets and customer account changes
