Updating WAF settings not taking effect

I tried updating the value of "Real server CONNECT timeout" from 60 to 120 seconds for my website. But after saving the settings and applying the change, it is still back to 60 seconds. Why?

  According to our WAF Help Documentation, the Real Server connect timeout valid range has a max of 75 seconds. Changing the value to 75, rather than 120, should be successful!
