List open ports with no listeners

Recently used AWS Inspector and the report provided open recognized/unrecognized ports with no active listeners both through the internet and virtual private gateway. 

Does alert logic have a similar feature? It would be nice to have in order to close up ports in security groups that aren't being used anymore, been forgotten, or configured too open in the first place.
