I don't even know what I don't know
I'm coming into Alert Logic as a completely new platform/product. It was partially/mostly setup by someone who left before I came on board, and as much as I hate to admit it, I'm at a complete loss. It should be simple to enable a periodic email with the results of an alert rule that already exists, but it's not.
I can't even find what we're subscribed to. (I found the Support Information / Details page, but it's not there) I'm assuming my subscription level is why I don't have some of the console items mentioned in the documentation...
Off to Google to see if someone has answers or suggestions.

Hi Bill! I'm so sorry to hear you are having trouble getting acclimated with your Alert Logic products and services. I am having your Customer Success Manager reach out to see how we can help, but let me see if I can get you started in the right direction.
To address finding what you are subscribed to, check out our Determine Your Alert Logic Products and Services article. Your CSM will be able to help you understand further what comes with your licensed products and services.
The Alert Logic Console Overview section in our Knowledge Base may also be helpful in getting started.
I saw you posted elsewhere with more detail about your alert rule question, so I will get you an answer there. If you have any more specific questions that you are not finding answers to in our Knowledge Base or Documentation, please let us know!

Thanks for the references.
FYI - the "Determine Your Alert Logic Products and Services" article does not match up with what I see. The bolding of "View" makes me think I should see/click on that instead of letting me know I have to click on Service Review first. (and I have Service, not Service Review). From there the article gets even more out of sync with that I see.
I was able to locate the page it wants me to go to by trial and error, so I at least know what I'm subscribed to. I'm still not sure why it's hidden there instead of being under Support Information with my other details, but that's a different issue.
Thanks for the help.

Bill - Thanks for the feedback about that article. I have flagged it for a review so we can determine where we missed the mark. As for the sort of hidden subscription information, please feel free to submit that or any other suggestions for changes to the product in our Feature Requests section of the Community! From there, we can keep you posted about whether a feature request is planned, in development, and completed.
