How often does Alert Logic perform benchmark checks?

How often does Alert Logic perform benchmark checks for reports such at the CIC AWS Foundations Benchmark?

How can I clear the "Avoid the user of "root" account" finding on that report? Do we need to wait 90 days after the root account is used? Or is there a way to dispose or close that finding?

  Hi Dan Bruton - apologies for the late response! It looks like you got some help from our Support team, indicating that the frequency of your scans determines how often your benchmark reports update, and once your scans ran again, the "Avoid the user of 'root' account" finding was removed.
