The Alert Logic console has undergone several changes as part of the Improved Console Dashboards, Navigation, and Exposures release on February 14, 2020. Use this article to familiarize yourself with where the features you need can now be found. Open the navigation menu () in the Alert Logic console and click on one of the following groups to access its pages.
Note: The following information applies only to those customers with Alert Logic® Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise entitlements.
Dashboards
Each available dashboard has replaced the static dashboards that - for previous Alert Logic Cloud Defender, Threat Manager, and Log Manager customers - were housed within the previous console's navigation at Overview > Dashboards.
Respond
Incidents
Incidents houses the Incident List page that, with the previous console navigation, could be found at Incidents > List. Incident notification management is also available here at Navigation in the top right corner, which used to be found at Incidents > Notifications.
Exposures
Exposures houses a new page with details on potential risk in your environment, including software vulnerabilities and configuration issues. This replaces the Remediations page, but you can still access remediation information from this page by toggling between the Organize by... drop-down.
Health
Health houses an expanded version of the information previously found in the Health page, including network and appliances and agent health statistics, the ability to filter through these assets by status, platform, deployment, etc., and health notification configuration capabilities.
Investigate
Search
Search houses the same features as the previous console navigation - Log Search and Events search.
Topology
Topology houses the same features as the previous console navigation, which could be found at Overview > Topology.
Vulnerability Library
Vulnerability Library houses the same features as the previous console navigation, which could be found within the settings menu () > Vulnerability Library.
Validate
Reports
Reports houses the same features as the previous console navigation's Reports page.
PCI Scan Disputes
PCI Scan Disputes houses the same features as the previous console navigation, which could be found within the settings menu () > PCI Scan Disputes.
Configure
Deployments
Deployments houses the same features as the previous console navigation's Configuration > Deployments page.
Log Management
Log Management houses the same features as the previous console navigation's Configuration > Log Management, including Policies - Flat file, Syslog, Windows Event Log, and S3 - and Credentials.
Certificates and Keys
Certificates and Keys houses the same features as the previous console navigation's Configuration > Certificates and Keys.
WAF
WAF houses the same features as the previous console navigation's Configuration> WAF, including Websites, Appliances, and Certificates.
Endpoints
Endpoints and its several tabs - including Summary, Events, Endpoints, Overrides, and Options - house the same features as the previous console navigation's Endpoint Protection. Notifications management is also still available at the top right corner.
PCI Scanning
PCI Scanning houses the same features as the previous console navigation, which could be found within the settings menu () > PCI Scanning.
Webhooks
Webhooks houses the same features as the previous console navigation, which could be found within the settings menu () > Webhooks.
Manage
Integrations
Integrations directs you to the same web page as the previous console navigation, which could be found within the settings menu () > Integrations.
Users
Users houses the same user-based features as the previous console navigation, which could be found within the settings menu () > Users.
Notifications
Notifications houses the same features as the previous console navigation, which could be found within the settings menu () > Notifications. This includes both My Subscriptions and Manage Subscriptions of Others.
Service Status
Service Status directs you to the same Alert Logic Status page as the previous console navigation, which could be found within the settings menu () > Service Status.
Support
Support houses the same information as the previous console navigation, which could be found within the settings menu () > Support Information. The Support Center tab, which redirected to the Alert Logic Support Center, is no longer available.
