What types of data does Alert Logic collect with AWS Fargate?

Alert Logic's ability to secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) Fargate workloads includes deployment of the Alert Logic agent container. The agent container is deployed as a side car to each AWS Fargate task that a user wishes to protect in order to gather specific types of data. Alert Logic supports the collection of two data types through AWS Fargate:

• Network traffic: Alert Logic will capture the network traffic destined to and from a protected task definition in order to do packet inspection for the purpose of identifying attacks with Alert Logic's intrusion detection capability.
  
  
• Log data: Alert Logic currently collects syslog from AWS Fargate tasks.
  Note: System, event, and application logs that cannot be gathered by syslog are not yet supported.
