How is customer data stored and protected?

Alert Logic® safely stores customer log data for 12 or more months in our SSAE Type 16 2-verified redundant data centers. Data is sent from the customer to our data centers using 256-bit AES encryption with symmetric keys and static IP addresses. All data centers are fully protected via biometric and multi-factor authentication, as well as 24x7 security surveillance.
