Does Alert Logic provide a Web Application Security scan?

Yes, internal and external scanning will evaluate standard web-applications (Wordpress, Joomla, etc.) for known vulnerabilities, including SQL-injections, cross-site scripting, and the rest of the OWASP Top 10.

Additionally, PCI scanning will perform in-depth web-application scanning of custom web-applications as required for PCI ASV certification, checking for OWASP Top 10 and beyond.
