Access the Alert Logic Console via Internet Explorer 11

If you are attempting to access the updated Alert Logic® console via Internet Explorer 11, you may experience pages not loading properly. While Alert Logic continues to fully address this issue, you can utilize a temporary workaround that disables browser caching. 

Alert Logic understands that this issue is affecting other websites and is actively working on a permanent solution that will not require customers to utilize this workaround.

Solution

1. From the top right corner of Internet Explorer 11, click the gear icon.
   
   
2. From the menu, click Internet options.
   
   
   
   
3. Within the General tab, under Browsing history click Settings.
   
   
   
   
4. Within the Temporary Internet Files tab, select Every time I visit the webpage.
   
   
   
   
5. Click OK.
   
   
6. Click OK.
