Alert Logic applications can use multiple authentication methods provided by external domains. Previously, Auth0 (https://auth0.com/) has been used for Single Sign-On. However, Alert Logic applications can now be accessed via the Fortra identify provider.
Note: For information on the Fortra single login and identity provider, refer to this FAQ article.
As both services exist within their own domains, Alert Logic applications require third-party cookie exceptions to be configured in the browser, so we can seamlessly interact with these sites. Guidance on adding third-party cookie exceptions for specific sites is available for the following browsers:

Google Chrome
Third-party cookies are blocked by default in the Google Chrome browser. Use the following procedure to ensure that your browser is compatible with these authentication methods.
- In the Chrome browser window, click the More icon (), then click Settings.
- Click Privacy and security in the left-side navigation.
- Click Third-party cookies.
- Under "Customized behaviors", click Add.
- Add the following URLs one at at time, clicking Add after each:
- [*.]alertlogic.com
- [*.]fortra.com
- [*.]frontline.cloud
- alertlogic.zendesk.com
- alertlogic.auth0.com
Mozilla Firefox
Third-party cookies are blocked by default in the Mozilla Firefox browser. Use the following procedure to ensure that your browser is compatible with these authentication methods.
- In the Firefox browser window, click the More icon (), then click Settings.
- Click Privacy & Security in the left-side navigation.
- Under "Enhanced Tracking Protection", click Manage Exceptions.
- Enter the following URLs in Address of website, pressing Enter after each:
- console.alertlogic.com
- support.alertlogic.com
- dev.alertlogic.com
- search.alertlogic.com
- incidents.alertlogic.com
- endpoints.alertlogic.com
- account.alertlogic.com
- configuration.alertlogic.com
- clouddefender.alertlogic.com

- login.frontline.cloud

- Click Save Changes.
Microsoft Edge
Third-party cookies are blocked by default in the Microsoft Edge browser. Use the following procedure to ensure that your browser is compatible with these authentication methods.
- In the Edge browser window, click the More icon (), then click Settings.
- Click Cookies and site permissions in the left-side navigation.
- Click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Under "Allow", click Add.
- Add the following URLs one at a time, selecting Include third-party cookies on this site for each before clicking Add:

- [*.]fortra.com
- [*.]frontline.cloud
- alertlogic.zendesk.com
- alertlogic.auth0.com
Apple Safari
Safari does not support a method to add third-party cookie exceptions for specific sites. We recommend using another browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
We do not recommend it but there is a procedure to allow third-party cookies across the entire Internet:
- In the Safari Browser Window, click Safari, then click Preferences.
- Click Privacy.
- De-select "Prevent cross-site tracking".
