Network traffic can be excluded (whitelisted) from agent collection and intrusion detection system appliance analysis. If you are an Alert Logic Cloud Defender, Threat Manager, or Log Manager customer, the exclusion of traffic is configurable on a per-deployment basis within the Alert Logic console at Configuration > Deployments > Protection > Scope of Protection > Exclusions. Network IDS exclusions can be created for particular protocols, network address blocks, and ports.
If you are an Alert Logic Managed Detection & Reponse (MDR) customer, click the menu icon () > Configure > Deployments > Network IDS > Network IDS Exclusions. Network IDS exclusions can be created for particular protocols, network address blocks, and ports.
