Where can I access Alert Logic compliance information (SSAE, ISO, PCI DSS, GDPR)?

Compliance information and downloadable reports can be accessed in the Compliance category of the Support Center after logging into the Support Center using your Alert Logic® product credentials. To log in, click the Sign In button at the top of the screen. 

Once logged in, you can use the Compliance category to access the following:

• ISO 27001 Certificate
• PCI Attestation of Compliance
• SSAE 18/ISAE 3402: SOC1 report
• SSAE 18/ISAE 3402: SOC2 report
• Information on requesting a Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• Data Center Disaster Recovery Plan

Note: These reports and certifications are only available to Alert Logic customers with a product login. Once signed in, access the Compliance category of the Support Center.
