The Alert Logic® appliance is based on proprietary technology and is tightly maintained to ensure the security of customer data.

Operation system and framework updates are deployed by the Alert Logic Support team to ensure the most recent updates are rolled out on a timely basis. Any maintenance windows conducted are communicated with named contacts and are available via the Alert Logic console.
