The Support page, found in the navigation menu (), houses personal account details including your Customer ID, Unique User ID, User Email, and Session Idle, as well as easy access to deployment information and all Alert Logic support resources.
Log out of your account by clicking the down arrow to the right of your name in the top left corner of the console. If you manage more than one account, switch accounts by clicking the down arrow to the right of your account name in the top left corner of the console. Switch between available time zones by clicking on the time zone in the top left corner of the console.
