The Threat Intelligence Center can be found within the Alert Logic console at 
> Investigate > Threat Intel Center. The Threat Intelligence Center is available for Managed Detection and Response Professional and Enterprise subscribers, and it provides insights into Alert Logic threat and security content coverage including Analytics, Log Parsers, and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) Signatures.
