Alert Logic is now a part of LevelBlue, and we continue to help you transition from Fortra-provided services. This means that the use of Fortra login credentials to authenticate to the Alert Logic console will be discontinued soon.
You must follow these instructions to update the login credentials you use to access the Alert Logic console and support services. To reset your password:
- Visit https://console.alertlogic.com/#/password/reset and enter your email address.
- You will receive an email from "Alert Logic Password Management Request" with a link to create a new password.
- Follow the link in this email to establish a new password.
This password can be used to access the Alert Logic console and support, without logging in to Fortra.
NOTE: For now, you can continue to use your Fortra login to access the Fortra Endpoint Manager or PCI ASV scanning in Fortra VM.
