Log in to the Alert Logic mobile app with the password you use to log in to the Alert Logic console; you must have an Alert Logic account to use the mobile app. If you have forgotten your password or use federated / single sign-on to log in to the Alert Logic console, you can generate a password at the login page by selecting Forgot your password? below the Login button.
If your organization or account requires the exclusive use of federated login to the Alert Logic console, you will not be able to log in to the Alert Logic mobile app at this time. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager with concerns.
